Terms and Conditions
I work according to the code of conduct for lifestyle coaches as expressed by the BLCN and the international code of ethics for coaches as expressed by the NOBCO:

Further terms and conditions
1. Sessions already planned can be changed in reasonableness and after consultation by both the care provider and the person requesting help.
2. In case of cancellation or request to shift a scheduled session less than 48 hours before the start, but more than 24 hours before the start, 50% of the rate will be charged.
3. In case of cancellation or request to shift a planned session less than 24 hours before the start, 100% of the rate will be charged.
4. In case of no show at a scheduled session, 100% of the rate will be charged.
5. The requester undertakes to provide the care provider with all possibly relevant (health) information at the time of the intake and anamnesis and prior to the coaching process.
6. If the requester no longer appreciates or deems it necessary to continue the agreement, he can terminate it unilaterally with due observance of points 2, 3 and 4.
7. For any complaints, the person requesting assistance can contact the independent complaints office and the nationally recognized disputes body Klachten Portaal Zorg (KPZ). You can find out how this works via this link www.klachtenportaalzorg.nl.
8. The coaching can be terminated at any time by mutual consent.
9. Payment of the sessions can be done in different ways: 1. After each session via debit card payment. The requester will then receive a written invoice by e-mail stating that the payment has been made. 2. In all other cases, the requester will receive a total invoice on the 1st working day of the month for the services purchased in the preceding month.
10. Invoices for services purchased must be paid within 2 weeks of the invoice date.
OWN Integral Leadership of Lifestyle Coaching (Own Lifestyle Leadership for short) is affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce (under registration number KVK 81731000), the BLCN (Professional Association of Lifestyle Coaches Nederland) and the NOBCO (Dutch Association of Coaching Professionals).
